Operational Promotions Enhance ReadyCare's Focus on Customers and Their Experience

ReadyCare, the leading provider of personal care solutions to hotels, spas and clubs, recently announced the promotion of two operations executives to enhance the company’s focus on customer experience.

Joe Fitzgerald has been promoted to Chief Operations Officer and will use his extensive operational experience and 6-year history at ReadyCare to optimize key operational processes and improve integration across departments. In his new role, Joe will be responsible for all aspects of production, shipping, warehouse management and information technology. He will also be an active member of ReadyCare’s product development team.

Chris Carroll has been promoted to Director of Purchasing. In this role, Chris will be responsible for managing our important supplier relationships and ensuring ReadyCare has the appropriate product mix and inventory to be the “one-stop shop” for our customers. With 14 different brands and over 3,000 products, this is an extremely important role that Chris is well prepared to manage.
